• Janakkalan Vesi business plant - Purification sludge further treatment service Janakkalan Municipality's business facility Janakkalan Vesi (later the Customer) requests your offer for the further processing service of Janakkalan Vesi's wastewater treatment sludge. The object of the acquisition is Janakkalan Transportation and further processing of spin-dried sewage sludge generated at the wastewater treatment plant of a water business. The wastewater treatment plant produces spin- and drum-dried sludge with a maximum solids content of approximately 30%. The dried sludge is stored at the treatment plant, about 60 m³ to a sludge silo, from where it is handed over for further processing to be transported. The transfer of sludge to the transport vehicle takes place from the sludge silo with the help of unloading screws. The acquisition includes as a total service: -sludge loading at the treatment plant to the means of transport - transport of sludge from the wastewater treatment plant to further processing - further processing of sludge -sludge final disposal or utilization in accordance with current legislation and official regulations It is the provider's responsibility to ensure that the size the service chain is implemented properly and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and license conditions. Sludge is generated on the basis of data from previous years, on average approximately 2,400-2,600 tons are generated per year (with a range of 5,066...8 166 kg/d).
