Description:
The project focuses on Suksitehtaankatu 3, a residential apartment block owned by Jarvenpaa Mestarusunnot Oy, and the renewal of windows and exterior doors and related construction and HVAC work. The selected contractor acts as the main contractor and the general contractor within the meaning of YSE 1998. SelectedThe contractor is required to use the Admicom Vision (former KotoPRO) documentation tool. The implementation of the project is a total contract. The contract price includes a quantity of unit -priced work. If the quantities tied do not materialize during the contract, they will be treated as refunds in the financial statementat the prices of unit price lists. The contract price is not tied to the index. The start of the contract will start in early summer 2025. The timetable will be agreed in more detail in the context of the drafting of the contract. The subscriber requires the tenderer to become familiarbefore submitting the offer. The contractor can explore the site in the yard.
