Description:
The project focuses on the renovation of Kartanontie 5, owned by Jarvenpaa Mestaroesunnot Oy, and the renewal of windows, balcony walls and fire compartments, as well as related construction and HVAC work. The selected contractor acts as the main implementer and within the meaning of YSE 1998as a general contractor. The selected contractor is required to have the use of the Admicom Vision (former KotPRO) documentation tool. The implementation format is a total contract. The contract price includes a quantity of unit -priced work. If the quantities tied do not materialize during the contract, they will be treated as refundsin the financial final survey at prices according to unit price lists. The contract price is not tied to the index. The contract will start in late 2025. The timetable will be agreed in more detail in the context of the preparation of the contract. The subscriber requires the tenderer to become familiarAnd there for the prevailing circumstances before submitting the offer. The contractor can explore the site in the yard.
