The acquisition focuses on the construction, heat, water and sewerage, ventilation, electrical and automation of residential properties owned by Jarvenpaa Master Homes. with the limits set out in the invitation to tender and in the documents. Can be extended by a separate decision by the subscriber on three (3) option years. 1.11.2024-30.10.2025. The purpose of the procurement is to obtain the most economically advantageous service partner for the subscriber for the Framework Contracts, which are best placed to implement maintenance, maintenance and repair activities on residential properties and orders defined by the subscriber and orders in accordance with.
