Description:
Jarvenpaan Mestariasunnot Oy (Client) is building an apartment building in the Pajala district at Wartsilankatu 4. The Customer's goal is to find
a contractor as a partner who implements solutions that serve the Customer and the Customer's customers (residents) as cost-effectively as possibleand optimally based on the plans drawn up for the site.
According to the preliminary schedule for the construction of the project, construction will begin in March-April 2024. According to the client's estimate, the total duration of construction will be 16 months from the start month. K will be built on the flat landaksi 7-storey apartment building with a total of 60 apartments. The living area is 3180 m2 and the total area is 5012 m2. The apartments are located on floors 2 7, communal, storage and technical spaces are planned for the ground floor floors, and ventilation machine rooms will be built in the attic floors. To the yard areain addition, a courtyard building will be built as a storage for outdoor equipment. Residential buildings are heated by geothermal heat and solar panels. There are almost ready implementation plans for the site, the site has been designed using information modeling and the project has been granted a building permit on May 11, 2022.
Construction to be implementeduskanta is ARA housing production, where the cost level of construction must be reasonable, i.e. according to the cost level approved by ARA. Jarvenpaan Mestariasunnot Oy is responsible for the financing of the work and the developer tasks of the planning phase.
