Description:
The object of the procurement is a jet flow ventilator for the welfare area of North Ostrobothnia, which is suitable as a jet flow ventilator for adult and neonatal patients (0-200 kg) in laryngomicroscopy (supraglottic, subglottic and infraglottic). the object is described in more detail in the criteria for the object of procurement and in the attached draft contract. Parallel offers are allowed. Alternative offers are allowed. In procurement, one (1) Supplier is selected, whose solution is price-quality the best in terms of ratio (the most economical overall). The equipment included in the offer is tested at the Customer's premises free of charge. The trial run is carried out before the procurement decision, at the written request of the procurement entity, within the deadline for receiving bids after. The procurement unit's request for the device to be delivered for trial use will be presented to the Bidder as soon as possible after the receipt of bids and inspection. If, despite the request, the provider does not deliver the device and device accessories to the indicated party by the deadline, the procurement unit rejects the offer.
