Description:
The object of the acquisition is the city of Helsinki's job advertisement portals and additional visibility. The object of the procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas: 1) Sub-area 1: direct transfer of job announcements and additional visibility of positions published on the portal and open positions content production combined with the marketing of tasks and campaigns for job portals, whose job advertisement Reads exceed 10 million/year and where the task is located in Finland. One (1) supplier will be selected for the sub-area. 2) Subarea 2: direct transfer of job announcements and additional visibility of jobs published on the portal to job portals whose job announcements Read more than 10 million/year and where the job is located in Finland. The user interface of the portal must be selectable in Finnish and Swedish and notifications must be able to be filtered at least based on Finnish and Swedish. One (1) supplier will be selected for the sub-area. You can submit an offer for one (1) sub-area. Parallel offers are not allowed. The users of the service are The central administration and branches of the city of Helsinki and the shareholders of Helsingin Konsernihankinta Oy who have separately registered for the procurement. A framework arrangement is formed for the procurement with two (2) suppliers. The estimated total value of the acquisition without value added tax is 2,200 000 euros. The estimated value includes two (2) years of the actual contract period and two (2) one (1) year option periods. The customer is not committed to any purchase quantities.
