- North Karelia procurement is requested to offer a bid for the construction of the Joensuu Art Museum's renovation of the construction engineering technical work, the main contract (construction contract) in accordance with the invitation to tender and the invitation to tender.Originally built as a Joensuu Lyceum and renovated as an art museum in 1979-1981, a building historically valuable and cityscape building is right at the heart of the city of Joensuu, at Kirkkokatu 23.
