• North Karelia's procurement department requests a bid for the renovation of the service water pipes of the apartment building owned by Ellin Kodit Oy in Joensuu in accordance with the contract tender documents. The site has two apartment buildings with common areas. All works of the object (plumbing, construction and electrical works with auxiliary works, etc.) belong to one HVAC contract according to the contract tender documents. The site is Pursitie 7, 80160 Joensuu. The contractor is required to familiarize himself with the site. The offer will be rejected if the contractor is not present familiar with the destination. The contractor can familiarize himself with the site by picking up the key from Joensuu Elli's customer service or by requesting a tour of the site tuukka.tuovinen@ellinkodit.fiWork can begin as soon as the contract contracts have been signed and when the start permit and building permit have been obtained.
