The North Karelia Procurement Office requests your bid for the City of Joensuu City Structure Services, in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes, the construction site below for the construction site.Marking obligations in the Joensuu region in the Joensuu region on the street networks of the City of Joensuu, Liper and Kontiolahti municipalities and on the ELY roads in accordance with the plan documents.at the subscriptions of private roads.
