- REQUEST FOR TENDER Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company, is requesting your offer for the stone works at Johannesenpuisto in accordance with this request for tender and the attached tender documents. The procurement entity is Stara. The procurement comes from Staran For use by the Department of Urban Infrastructure Construction. The job site is located in the Punavuori (5th) and Ullanlinna (7th) districts, in the Johanneskenpuisto park area. Johannesenpuisto is a public park area in a densely built urban environment. The subject of the work is multi-colored cobblestones in the seating areas and renovations of the existing walls, as well as a new wall in the park area. The works that are the subject of the contract are defined in more detail in section 3.1.1 of the contract program. The contractor can start work on the site at the time agreed with the customer within the framework of the contract period, and weather conditions permitting.
