Description:
The procurement concerns the service package intended for the disposal of confidential paper materials of the city of Pori and the cooperative entities of procurement services. The service covers the delivery of data protection containers to various offices, their removal and the safe destruction of the material. various administrative municipalities are the biggest users of the service. The given estimates also include information from the municipalities involved in the procurement. There are estimated to be around 90 - 150 mainly 240 l collection containers in use with varying emptying intervals (e.g. emptying when ordering or emptying 2 times / 2 months). Privacy containers there are approximately 300 emptyings per year. The indicated amounts are estimates and do not bind the subscriber. During the contract period, the services will only be used in the amount corresponding to the actual need. The customer is responsible for collecting and monitoring the material in their own premises. The city of Pori handles the electronic recordings and the destruction of IT equipment as a separate activity. Other municipalities participating in the procurement can, according to their needs, acquire the services in question from the winning service provider with the contract on terms.
