Description:
The Northern Ostrobothnia ELY Center is requesting offers for professional workforce training in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices.
The procurement complements the previously established contract trainer register', which applies to jointly procured training in the ICT sector implemented as workforce training. OKThe ICT training register can be used to obtain jointly procured training in the ICT sector in the area of ELY centers in Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu and Lapland.
Labour training refers to adult training acquired by the labor authority on the basis of Labor policy. Joint procurement training is
workforce traininga customized adult training for the company, which the company and the Labor and Economic Administration jointly plan and finance. Training can be organized to meet the needs of one employer or in cooperation with several employers. The content of the training is planned based on the needs of the companyand implemented flexibly in a manner and schedule suitable for the company.
The training can be carried out for a group of students or for an individual student. The education can be vocational training or continuing education.
Depending on the training product, the trainees are either from the TE office or for purchasejobseeker-clients or employed persons of the municipal employment trials of the participating ELY regions. The entrepreneur himself can also participate in the training in a situation where it is a question of a person becoming an entrepreneur or the entrepreneur participates in the same training alongside his employees (note de minimis support...
