• The Defense Forces is requesting your offer for the management system portfolios for telecommunications equipment (JOJÄ portfolios). The products are defined in more detail in the appendices. Based on the tender, a framework contract is concluded with one supplier. The planned contract period is with the intention of entering into force on June 1, 2026, and the agreement will be concluded until May 31, 2030. The Finnish Defense Forces acquires management system portfolios of telecommunications equipment for the equipment needs of management positions. Products and services subject to procurement the minimum requirements are described in this call for tenders and its appendices. The Defense Forces does not undertake to acquire products or services according to the customer-specific contract at an estimated value, but the take-home procurements are based on the administrative units' to the need and available funding. Estimated scope of procurement: JOJÄ briefcases about 400 pcs/contract period. JOJÄ-KRIHA light briefcases about 700 pcs/contract period. In addition, spare parts related to the products can be purchased. Based on competition the contract according to appendix 1 of the request for tenders is concluded. The tender request has detailed the models of the JOJÄ portfolios of telecommunications equipment and estimates for the entire contract period of the purchase amount. The need varies over the course of the year, and therefore there are no annual amounts be able to give.
