Description:
The competition concerns interior construction works related to the construction of Kalajoki's main building, which are mainly carried out as student work as part of a wider investment project. The customer is looking for a competent and reliable partner to carry out interior construction work on an hourly basis. there may also be works related to construction, but the main focus of the work is interior construction. The procurement covers the following areas of interior construction:- Wall and floor leveling works - Coating works (painting, wallpapering, tiling, plastic carpet, laminate and parquet installations and other for decoration work read coating)- Partition work and paneling- Furnishing work (installation of fixed furniture, listings, finishing work)- Other usual interior construction and finishing construction work Duration of the contract The contract period starts on 1 January 2026. The contract period ends at the latest when the project in question is being completed. Completion is estimated at the beginning of 2027. A more precise end date will be agreed separately about 2 months before the end of the contract. Note! There is no work on the construction site between June and July.Performance and pricing criteria The work is performed on an hourly basis. The offer must be given as an hourly price (VAT 0%).
