• Jokilaaksoje koulutuskuntayhtyp is bidding for the demolition contract of the PaKa-Kosme part of the educational institution property at Maliskyläntie 2. Site description: Area to be demolished approx. 1880 m2 (lower floor approx. 1330 m2 and upper floor approx. 550 m2) A more detailed area map is attached to this request for tender. The site area required by the contractor is specified during the contract execution phase. The site area must be fenced off by the Tenderer with special care. The construction site fence must be at least 1.8-2 meters high. Site fences must be inside each other fixed with metal fasteners and separate tools are required to open them. The customer requires the bidders to familiarize themselves with the object before submitting the bid. Familiarization visits must be completed between 9 and 13 March 2026 (week 11). The contractor must notify the appointment one day in advance by email to tauno.korpi@jedu.fi. Visiting the construction site is a condition for the offer to be valid. Failure to familiarize yourself will cause the offer to be rejected. The offer must be submitted by 25.3.2026 at by 12:00 and it must be valid until at least 30 May 2026. The demolition work must be completed by July 31, 2026. For the exceeding period, the fine for delay is €5,000/day. The contractor is responsible for all plans necessary for the execution of the contract, work management, waste handling and disposal, and other actions and documents defined by the authorities.
