Description:
The object of the procurement is student transportation in the Jyvaskyla city area by taxis/minibuses 2026 2029. The purchase includes a 2+1 year option.
The contract is valid for three (3) years on a fixed-term basis from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029, after which it is possible to extend the contract with option periods. First option period 1 July 2029 30 June 2031 and second option period 1 July 2031 30 June 2032.
The use of possible option periods is agreed separately between the Subscriber and Between the service provider by 31 December 2028 and 31 December 2030.
Continuation of the contract requires the approval of both contracting parties. Option decisions is done on a case-by-case basis.
The service provider must put equipment that meets the requirements into use no later than December 1, 2026. If the service provider has to use the equipment due to delivery difficulties sliding period, the Subscriber must be notified in writing by July 31, 2026 at the latest.
When the need for equipment during the school day varies in the Korpilahti-Tikkala area (sections 2.1 and 2.2), the equipment from section 2.1 with 16-22 student seats is primarily used.
Equipment needs during the school day when traveling in the Vaajakoski area (sections 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3), primarily the equipment of sections 3.3 (car with 4-7 student seats) and 3.1 (vehicle with 12-19 student seats) is used.
