Description:
Expert and planning services for the construction of Joroinen municipality for the years 2026-2027. The service procurement also includes a one (1) year subscriber's option for the year 2028. The aim of the tender is to select three (3) by sub-areas that are the most economically advantageous and meet the minimum requirements reporter. If not enough bids are received or bids have to be rejected, the number of selected suppliers may also be less than three. The draft contract is attached to this request for tender. the details of the order are determined by the customer's needs. The selected suppliers are responsible for the design services of Joroinen municipality's construction projects and properties in the following areas:1. Builder consultant services and construction supervisor services2. LVIA expert, LVIA designer and HVAC supervisor3. Electrical expert, electrical designer and electrical work supervisor4. Building design services5. Substructure design The design requirements are specified on a project-by-project basis. The planning work includes all plans and documents for procurement in the planning sector concerning the supplier preparation, as well as the preparation of the plans, work explanations and contract documents necessary for requesting contract offers, e.g. master drawings, working drawings, detailed drawings, safety document, contract program and contract limit appendix, as well as other necessary for the implementation of the project plans...
