Description:
The project includes construction works according to the tender documents. The form of the contract is a complete contract. The target of the repair is the office wing of Joroinen unified school's middle school. The extent of the repair and the measures are presented in the plans. The work includes, among other detailed in the tender documents):- demolition work, asbestos in structures - sealing repairs - floor encapsulation work, renewal of the floor structure, installation of floor coating - space changes - HVAC work - electrical work - suspended ceiling installations - painting work - listing, finishing work - commissioning cleaning of the entire contract area, etc. The construction period of the contract is 1.6.2026 - 28.8.2026 In connection with the offer, the contractor must submit a preliminary schedule for the execution of the work, with a preliminary breakdown of the work phases.
