Description:
The subject of the procurement is the annual maintenance and servicing of the laundries and washing machine equipment of the residential properties owned by Järvenpään Mestariasunnot Oy, as well as the procurement of new washing machine equipment. The acquisition is divided into two parts. Part 1 covers washing machine equipment annual maintenance and servicing. Part 2 covers the procurement of new washing machine equipment. The scope of the framework agreement also includes supplies and parts related to the aforementioned works and systems. The service partner procured with this procurement package performs hosting and maintenance and as a partner for maintenance and, where necessary, repair operations, with the limitations presented in this request for tenders and its documents. The contract period runs from 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2030. The start date of the contract is goal-oriented and will be specified in the procurement decision in connection with. The contract is valid until further notice. Regarding notice periods, the conditions specified in the draft contract are followed. The goal of the procurement is to acquire the most cost-effective service partner with the best as the Customer's framework contract partner the prerequisites for carrying out tasks related to washing machine equipment in residential properties in accordance with the mandates and orders specified by the Customer. Järvenpään Mestariasunnot Oy is responsible for the ordering and financing of the works in accordance with the service contracts. Mestaritoiminta Oy is responsible for the overall procurement tasks in accordance with the in-house partnership between the companies.
