• The target of the acquisition is the digital marketing partnership of Jyväskylä's educational municipality, Gradia. The goal of the procurement is to select one (1) partner who will support the strategic and operational development and implementation of Gradia's digital marketing as well as performance monitoring. The procurement will be carried out in phases so that the service provider selected in the first phase of the procurement will carry out an analysis of the current state of Gradia's digital marketing and the digital marketing to be drawn up based on it development plan. After the completion of the development plan, Gradia has the right, but not the obligation, to acquire the expert services of a continuing partnership from the service provider as an option. 1. Analysis of the current state of digital marketing: Procurement in the first phase, the service provider performs an analysis of the current state of Gradia's digital marketing in close cooperation with Gradia's communication and marketing services. The analysis should produce an overall picture of the current state of Gradia's digital marketing and act as a directly usable basis for drawing up a development plan.2. Digital marketing development plan: The service provider prepares a digital marketing development plan based on the results of the current state analysis. The goal of the development plan is to transform the development targets identified in the analysis into concrete, prioritized and phased measures.
