Description:
We are requesting your offer for the supply of filters for the ventilation machines of properties managed by the Jyväskylä education association Gradia in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices for the years 2026-2028. The object of the acquisition is Jyväskylä's education municipality corporation Purchase of normal coarse and fine ventilation filters (ePM1-ePM10, Coarse) needed by Gradia. The purchase does not apply to HEPA, aktii-vihiil and special ventilation filters. Jyväskylä koulutuskuntayhtymä managed by Gradia (hereinafter the client). the properties have teaching and work spaces of public educational institutions. Liikelaitos is the shared services unit responsible for the municipal corporation's real estate. One (1) bidder will be selected as the contract supplier, who is able to deliver all procurement-related and filters corresponding to the request for quotation. Based on previous experiences, it is not necessary to divide the purchase. From the point of view of the subscriber and the property managers placing filter orders, it is clearer when all the filters of the subscriber's properties are of one behind the ordering system. Partial and alternative bids are not accepted. The purpose of the tender is to obtain economically advantageous filters for the procurement units. Metal has been chosen as the frame material for the filtration classes ePM1, ePM2.5, PM10 and Coarse. The metal frame can be reused as raw material after burning.
