• Description:
• The contract includes the construction of the Käpyläntie and Kullervonkatu roundabout to the extent indicated in the contract documents, in accordance with the tender documents, with all related works and purchases fully completed. The developer is the City of Helsinki the Public Areas service of the urban environment industry, which also acts as a subscriber in accordance with YSE 98. The works according to the contract documents must be ready and received, and the inspections required by the authorities and inspection bodies must be approved held on 14 December 2026. The form of the contract is a total contract, where the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor acting as the main contractor as defined by YSE and the legislation. On March 7, 2017, the YKT parties signed a "joint municipal engineering site" under the name of the cooperation agreement, in which the city of Helsinki is designated as the "main subscriber" and the other parties to the agreement as "subscribers". In this agreement, the YKT parties are e.g. agreed on the appointment of a joint safety coordinator according to VNa 205/2009. YKT site "customers" transfer to the main contractor all the obligations of the main contractor mentioned in the commercial documents of this contract. Section 1.7 of the contract program lists the developer's YKT parties, separate contracts and section 3.4 other procurements of the developer.
