Purchase Request Description: K-Rauta Malmi's Social Facilities Modification- The renovation of the K-Rauta Malmi (Kankiraudantie 6, 00700 Helsinki) shower and dressing rooms is the target of repair work for shower and dressing rooms. The contract includes demolition of existing surfaces and partitions, new wet-and modifications to the construction of dry farms and the modifications to HVAC systems. The implementation is based on architectural and structural plans. Wet rooms are built according to the certified waterproofing system and plugs. The contract includes: Demolition (partitions, surface materials, furniture) newConstruction of steel spaces for wetland tilt and waterproofing walls and flooring walls (tiling, painting) furniture and luminaire installation protection, dust control and final cleaning schedule: The assessed start time for the contract is June 2025by the end of August 2025. The contractor must submit a detailed work schedule for the subscriber to be approved before the work begins. Reference Requirement: The tenderer is required to have at least two (2) in the last five (5) years of the corresponding wet rooms or social facilities in the last five (5) yearsRenovation project.
