The procurement notice establishes a dynamic procurement system. All candidates who meet the suitability requirements are accepted into the dynamic procurement system. Enrollment in the system does not bind the candidate. The candidate can choose which competitions organized within the system to participate innew The approval of candidates for the dynamic procurement system is done by the procurement services of the city of Kajaani. The target of the dynamic procurement system (DPS) is the recruitment services needed by the city of Kajaani. The dynamic procurement system is two-stage. In the first step, dynamic acquisitionsystem will be established and in the second step the recruitment services included in the dynamic procurement system will be tendered through internal tendering within the system. Within the dynamic procurement system, recruitment procurement is tendered using more precisely defined criteria. All applicabilitycandidates who meet the requirements can join the dynamic procurement system for its entire duration, and all candidates accepted into the procurement system can submit offers to tenders. Registering in the system is not binding, but is a prerequisite for participating in tenders.
