The City of Kajaani / Tilakeskus will request the contract mentioned in the title of your contract. The contract form is a fixed -price total contract. The contractor acts as the main contractor and the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation. The contract includes all the construction, HVAC, electrical work on the contract calculation documentsAs required, fully completed with all its purchases and costs. The building automation system must be Siemens Desigo, Schneider Struxureware or Fidelix. The total contract does not include the construction and foundation of buildings that are included in a separatefor acquisition, MRU contract.
