Description:
The object of the procurement is the construction contract for CSC's new office in Kajaani. The building site includes an office space to be built on the fifth floor of the Railway Building in the Renfors Ranta business area at Tehdaskatu 15, 87100 Kajaani. It's part of the job Demolition, construction, electrical and HVAC work of the 5th floor office space, as well as fixed furniture to the extent presented in the attached documents of the tender. The bidder must familiarize himself with the construction site before submitting the bid. The time to familiarize yourself with the construction site is to be agreed separately. In addition, the Tenderer must sign a company-specific security agreement in order to receive the technical documents for the contract procurement. Familiarization and the security agreement are explained in more detail in the request for tenders in the Additional information on the procedure. Contract is scheduled to start in February 2026. The contract must be completed and handed over by June 2026. A more detailed schedule can be found in the attachments of the request for tenders.
