Description:
Naantali's Public Works Department requests your offer for the new construction and repair of parts A1 and A2 of the Kalevanniemi campus, according to the attached documents, to the address Opintie 2, 21100 Naantali. The form of contract is shared contract. Construction engineering contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main executor as intended by the legislation. Plumbing, sprinkler, ventilation, building automation and electrical work contracts are carried out as side contracts subordinated to the main contract. The contract is carried out in accordance with YSE 98, with a few exceptions except, these exceptions are presented in the contract program and calculation documents. There is an operational school building around the construction site and the construction project of building C is underway in the immediate vicinity.
