• Description:
• The Mikkeli City Housing and Operating Environment service area requests your offer for the construction contract for the Kallioniemi connection pier according to the attached plan. The Kallioniemi property is located at Kallioniementie 106, 52360, Someenjärvi (Appendix 1). The offer must include all materials according to the plans (appendix 2) as well as transport and installation work. In addition, the removal of the old ship pier and temporary anchoring to the shore of the property is part of the contract. The contract includes legislation It is possible to install the pier at the earliest after Kallioniemi's restaurant operations end in September 2026. The pier must be installed by October 15, 2026. Equipment work can be done on the pier even after that, however, so that the work is completely completed by 30 October 2026. It is impossible to transport massive concrete elements along the narrow private road to Kallioniemi. The pier elements must be transported to their place along the waterway. Contractor acquires an appropriate place at its own expense, from where the pier elements can be lifted into the water to be transported. The contractor obtains the necessary permits for his activities. The pier will be equipped according to the plan with 2 X 110 mm electrical pipe provisions. About the plan in contrast, the 160 mm drain provision for the septic system is replaced by two M63 PEH pressure drain provisions. Pipe and cable provisions have already been installed on the land.
