• Description:
• The municipality of Leppävirta is tendering for the renovation of the Kalmalahti marina. The type of contract is a total contract where the civil engineering contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main implementer as referred to in Vna 205/2009 and responsible for site safety as a contractor. The contract is subject to the general contract terms of construction contracts, YSE 1998. More detailed information about the contract can be found in the tender request and its attachments. The procurement consists of a total contract, which includes the civil engineering works of the marina. In addition contract bids are requested for four (4) different options - option 1: Surface structure layers of the playground area - option 2: Surface structure layers of the Maalaistori areas - option 3 renovation of the "Telaranta" area - option 4: Dock L2 electric boat charging stations with cables. The customer decides to acquire the options separately so that the contractor has a reasonable time to complete the content of the options, taking into account the delivery times of the devices and equipment. The contractor can start work as soon as the contract is signed signed, a certificate of construction work insurance delivered to the developer, the security in accordance with the contract given to the developer, the site layout plan, work schedule, safety plan and site quality plans have been approved.
