Description:
Seinäjoken Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy requests your offer for the water roof repair of Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoken Campus. During the repair work, the water roofs of the Kampustalo will be renewed as far as the felt roofs are concerned. In addition to the bitumen creams for the waterproofing, sheet metal, roof thermal insulation, vapor barrier cream and roof wells with heating. The total area of the roof area to be renewed is approximately 1100 m2. The builder is Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoen Kampus. Ramboll CM Oy acts as a construction consultant, site supervisor and safety coordinator. The developer requires that the contractor has carefully familiarized himself with the conditions and regulations concerning the construction site and the surrounding area before submitting an offer. The contractor does not have the right to refer to deficiencies in the contract documents later in this regard. Presentations will be organized at the destination on Mon 23.3.2026 at 15.00 and Thu 26.3.2026 at 9.00. Seinäjoen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy competes on behalf of the contractor Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoki Campus. The contract is concluded with Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoki Campus.
