Description:
The City of Kangasala is requesting offers for catering services for the period November 1, 2025 - October 31, 2027, and after a 6 -month notice valid for an indefinite period. Catering service transportation applies to the transport of warm and cold foods packaged by central kitchens to service kitchens.The acquisition focuses on catering services in the Kangasala City area: Item 1: Cold Special Dietary Food Transportation Destination 2: Warm and cold food transport Kangasala Destination 3: Warm and cold food Sahalahti. Items are defined in more detail in the Annex to the invitation to tender1. For detailed routes, schedules to which offices the food is transported and other practical issues will be agreed with selected suppliers. The job of selected suppliers is to make a detailed route planning and scheduling.
Cold food transportationContains cold special diets from the kitchen of Pikkola School (born Viputie 16) to other kitchens. Transport boxes must be delivered to the kitchens by 3pm. The city staff is present at all locations. Search for transport boxes takes place from Pikkola SchoolMondays from 11am, Thursdays from 8am to 11am and Fridays from 8am to 11am and must arrive before 3pm.
The food being transported is both cold and hot. Search for transport boxes from Lamminrahka School (Moss Puistokatu 33, Kangasala) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays andon Fridays...
