Description:
Service transport is open to everyone, but especially public transport intended for people with reduced mobility - for example, the elderly and the disabled. This requires a special customer service spirit from the driver. Two cars are needed for transportation.
In service traffic, the driver assistswhen passengers get in and out of the car. Service transport passengers generally have assistive devices at their disposal, e.g. a rollator. The fleet is required to transport these customers smoothly and safely, so-called as a door-to-door service.
The road is driven in service traffic that is open to everyonety pre-defined routes on certain days and partially call-controlled. Receiving the invitations and planning the route based on them is the task of the Supplier who won the tender. Invitations can be received, for example, by mobile phone. The subscriber gets a car for bothhas a mobile phone and subscription.
The customer makes a service traffic plan, which includes the traffic areas of two cars, average driving kilometers and times (Appendix 1, Traffic plan). Detailed route and schedule planning is done and finalized together with the selected Supplierwith.
Driving and rest time legislation is taken into account in the timetables. Service traffic is organized as follows: car 1: from 6:45 to 15:00 and car 2: from 8:00 to 16:00. Daily driving kilometers will be approx. 250 / km / car. Service traffic is operated on all weekdays (Mon Fri...
