- The subject of the procurement is inspections of water roofs of buildings owned by the city of Kangasala (hereinafter referred to as the Client) as well as one-off maintenance and repair work (hereinafter referred to as the Service). The service is generally performed on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Emergency service The service is provided 24/7. Service to be acquired: * Annual inspections of water roofs (cream, tin and tile roofs) in buildings (pricing €/year) * Maintenance and repair service - Water roof repair and maintenance work (pricing: €/hour) - Washing, coating and protective treatment of water roofs (pricing: €/hour) - Inspection and installation of roof security products (pricing: €/hour) - Cleaning and installation of rainwater/eaves gutters (pricing: €/hour) - Upper floor/attic spaces inspection work (pricing: €/hour) other duties: (The pricing of the tasks below is always agreed separately when ordering each task) - Humidity management: The supplier is responsible for humidity management during the performance of the Service, e.g. with temporary weather protection - Dust management: The supplier prepares a dust management plan at the customer's separate request, which is approved by the customer before starting the work - Asbestos and other harmful substance demolition work: For asbestos demolition and other hazardous waste related work requiring separate protection is agreed on a case-by-case basis - Rainwater and gutter installation work - Annual maintenance of green roofs **********************************************************...
