Description:
The City of Valkeakoski is requesting offers for renewal of the facade and subfloor at Kangaskatu 1 in accordance with the plans and job descriptions attached. The overall contract also includes building technology work. The building is two-story and built in the early 1930s. The 1 floor of the building was expanded by a porch in 2000. The first floor area is approximately 260 m2. The purpose of the building is transformed from the kindergarten to a meeting room. There is a small technical in the basement of the building status. The facade cladding is wood paneling. The midsole is wooden, except for the technical space of the basement layer, the midsole is concrete and brick. The building has a wooden roof and sheet metal roof.
