• Description:
• The city of Kankaanpää requests an offer for administrative and financial audit services in accordance with the Municipal Act of the City of Kankaanpää (410/2015) and audit services in accordance with the Auditing Act of its subsidiaries (1141/2015) and of the audit board's secretarial services. The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The unit prices for inspection days and hours must be fixed during the first two years. With the editor is then entitled to submit a price revision after negotiating with the customer. The supplier must demonstrate the reasons for price increases and their effect on the total price. Any price revisions come into force upon the customer's approval. The service must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities.
