Description:
The City of Jyvaskyla is requesting tenders from the parking control information system in accordance with the tender documents. The target of procurement is to acquire the SAAS-based (Software as a Service) application for parking control and application for use by the City of Jyvaskylaand a commissioning project including data transfer from the current system to a new one. In addition, the contracting entity may obtain expert services during the contract period (eg further development of the service). The application must cover the following main functionality to the extent described in this invitation to tender: •Parking control • Managing vehicle transfers • Management of home care parking codes and parking permits The system must be enabled 24 hours a day (24/7/365). The system is used during parking inspectors' working hours mainly between 6am and 8pm (Mon-Sun), but randomlyAlso between 5am and 2pm (Mon-Sun). In addition, the office staff uses the system as a rule during office hours (Mon-Fri) from 7am to 6pm. From the point of view of the functionality of the whole, the system must be comprehensively obtained from the system, the requirements are set out in the procurementthe criteria of the item. For the commissioning project, the subscriber expects to support the main users and end users in the form of written instructions and system use training for the main users and end users.
