The city of Jyvaeskylae's urban structure department is preparing to renew the dynamic parking guidance system in the center of Jyvaeskylae. I got itas part of the preparation, the procurement unit has launched a market survey to find out the views of the operators on the market regarding the procurement, so that the procurement can be carried out in the most expedient manner possible. By answering this survey, you can participate in the market survey.The results of the market survey can, at the purchasing unit's own discretion, be used in the implementation of the final request for tenders. Answering the survey does not require participation, and not answering prevents participation in the procurement procedure that will be published later. Contact information of the survey respondent ei is used for purposes other than the implementation of market mapping.
BACKGROUND
The purpose of the dynamic parking guidance system that guides the parking facilities in the center of Jyvaeskylae and Lutako is to help motorists arriving in Jyvaeskylae find a free parking space. The system is built vamostly between 2006 and 2012, so it's starting to reach the end of its useful life and it's planned to be renewed. The current system includes a background system that controls and monitors signs, as well as around 30 dynamic signs in street and road areas, which guide to ten different parking facilities.
