- The outdoor lighting network of the city of Jyvaeskylae has approximately 35,500 lamps, 33,500 lamp posts and 420 central lights. The lighting network is located in the operating area of three different electricity grid companies. We receive about 1,300 feedbacks and defect reports related to outdoor lighting every year. In Jyvaeskylae there is a habitae Trimble's feedback service, from which defect reports are directed directly to the partner of the service agreement for processing. We implement asset management of outdoor lighting assets with Keylight software. The outdoor lighting control system is C2 SmartLight City. Lighting service and maintenance is divided into kto the contract area, of which this request for tender concerns the eastern maintenance contract area.
Contract name maintenance and maintenance of the outdoor lighting of the city of Jyvaeskylae Eastern area 2024-2026 (-2028)
Contract period 1.1.2024-31.12.2026. The contract can be extended once until 31 December 2028.
Acquisition kprovides maintenance and upkeep of the aforementioned lighting network. In addition, the service contract can be used to order the replacement of lamps and light sources, as well as to a small extent planning, construction for the lighting network or other electrical needs of the urban infrastructure.
The lighting is located on the streets according to the site planand in parks. In addition, there is lighting outside the site plan area on fitness tracks, private roads and low-ranking state roads managed by the ELY Center.
