Description:
The North Karelia Procurement Department is asking for an offer for a virtual learning environment for Karelia University of Applied Sciences. The implementation must include a virtual learning environment where operating environments for social security services have been created (3-5 pcs) where different customer service and interaction situations. It is a reverse tender, where the selected supplier is paid a pre-determined fee of 50,000 euros (VAT 0%).
