Description:
The municipality of Karstula acquires the property management and on-call service produced as a purchase service for the following locations: Unified school, sports hall, library, Himmeli, Kruukkila and Rypale. for handling. The maintenance book appendices show site-specific recurring property maintenance tasks. The supplementary details appendix shows basic information about tasks and sites and exceptions to the maintenance books. In the grape. His tasks are not included in the property management tasks. The winter maintenance areas are shown in the attached maps in pink. Suitable equipment is used for winter maintenance.NOTE. The mechanical plowing of the grapes is covered by a separate winter maintenance, but the sanding is here in tendering. The customer reserves the right to reject all offers.
