Description:
The municipality of Karstula requests bids for property management and emergency service to be produced as a purchase service. The subscriber uses the Buildercom service, which is used as a maintenance book, for document management and for processing service requests. In the service book appendices site-specific recurring property management tasks are presented. Additional details are presented in the appendix, basic information about tasks and objects, as well as exceptions to maintenance books. A professional from the welfare region of Central Finland mainly works at the Soteku center. His tasks are not included in the tasks of property management. Winter maintenance according to the winter maintenance maps (painted areas). The personnel working at the sites of the possible operator to be chosen will be given a security clearance regarding the fire station. A bid can be submitted by an individual company or a consortium. Any subcontractors must be approved in advance by the customer. The necessary reporting negotiations will be held on December 3, 2025, starting at 1 p.m.
