SLYHY Description: The 5G Scout project is the first part of a larger project program to create infrastructure of high -speed telecommunications connections in the Kaustinen sub -region. The aimed infrastructure includes the extension of the regional network with wireless technologies and an open test platform for software and equipment suppliers. The aim of the 5G -SSCOUT project is to create a road map to create fast telecommunications connections and their test platform in the Kaustinen region. The aim is to find cost -effective operating models to improve the availability of telecommunications in the countryside.
