Description:
We request your offer for a light surface renovation of the KCM Kotka staff break rooms according to the attachments below. We are looking for a main contractor for the project, which is comprehensively responsible for the site. The project is expected to be completed during September, but the exact schedule must be agreed separately with the trade. The limit for completion of the project is 30.10.2025. We want the same contractor to make both toilet and shower rooms and kitchen and break rooms. These are Kesko as separate projects, but combined with this tendering. Therefore, there are two different tender forms in the attachments. Tariff requested as separate total contract prices, which should also include all the equipment needed for the project, such as the lifts etc. Notify the author of the invitation to tender (Pinja Pikkupeura).
