- By its request for information, the City of Kemi has previously mapped SOC services, approaching suppliers/service providers, based on the responses received, the City of Kemi has decided to compete for the SOC service provider.
Security Operations Center (SOC) service covers an organization's security to continue control, threat identification, alarm handling and fast Incident Response (IR) activity 24/7/365. The service includes a minimum requirement for collecting log information and analysis, security deviation management, reporting and expert level support to cyber threats. SOC service It must be implemented in close cooperation with the client and must produce preventive and reactive security, as well as complying with current legislation, for example in terms of cyber threats, data protection and security. SOC should allow your organization Continuous improvement (Continuing Improovement CI), as well as knowledge management with regard to security.
Selection criterion: The most affordable price is accepted for approved offers.
Select one (1) service provider with whom the contract is concluded, the contract period is a fixed -term four (4) years, starting with either at the time of signing the contract or at the time specified in the agreement.
The terms of the contract are: (JIT 2025 - Consulting, JIT 2025 - Expert Work and JIT 2025 - online).
