• Description:
• The city of Kemi requests your offer for the planning, implementation and documentation of the workshops for the Kemi-Keminmaa-Simo restructuring plan implementation project in accordance with this call for tenders and its attachments. expert service to support the implementation of the restructuring plan completed in 2024 for the Kemi-Keminmaa-Simo area. The service includes content expertise, process facilitation and documentation of outputs. The focus of the service to be procured is in the participatory activation of actors when moving from a sudden structural change to a long-term structural change. The workshops are implemented locally in Kemi. The customer is responsible for the space arrangements and the parties participating in the workshops The procurement concerns three workshops, the aim of which is to update the measures in the plan, the operator map and agree on further measures. The target group of the workshops is the ÄRM network of actors: 1st workshop: review of the action plan (kick off) Updating the situation description and actors 2nd workshop: the points of the action plan Prioritizing measures and defining responsibilities 3rd workshop: presentation of measures implemented/being implemented The tenderer must present a clear entity that corresponds to the objectives of the procurement and includes all requested areas. Based on the tender, a purchase service contract will be concluded with one (1) service provider. JYSE 2025 Services contract terms apply to the procurement.
