The building is approximately 615 bmr², of which production facilities are approximately 615 m², the attached air conditioning room is about 190 m². A shared contract is divided into the following entities; Building contract, HVAC contract, electricity and automation contract. The construction contractor is a main contractor responsible for the management of the site and coordinates construction with submission agreements. The preliminary timetable for construction is 2.5.2022-31.8.2023.
