- Kemijärvi Spa - Swimming Pool Poukama was built in 1972 and expanded from 1994 to 1995. This project renews the drainage system for the building's drainage and yard area, and the waterproofing and thermal insulation of the underground basement walls of the building will be renewed. The internal drainage systems will also be renewed. The acquisition is subject to reversed tax liability (Section 8c of AVL).
