Description:
On behalf of Kemi Liikuntaparikat Oy, the City of Kemi will request your tender for Kemi Areena's cleaning services in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. Kemi Arena acquisition of cleaning services. Kemi Areena's address is Meripuistokatu 28 B 94100 Kemi. The service agreement is made for the period 1.8.2025-31.7.2027. Possibility for a two -year option for 1.8.2027 - 31.7.2029. The area to be cleaned is 4880 m2. Of this, about 2600 m2 has sports facilities, 500 m2 dressing room and toilet facilities and the rest of the hallway and auditorium. The facilities to be cleaned are on two floors. Floor planand service description with surface areas attachment. The acquisition includes all cleaning work, maintenance and annual cleaning. The sports hall operates on weekdays from 8am to 10pm and on weekends from 9am to 9pm. Cleaning work is done daily between 6am and 3pm. Description of the cleaning service and treatment instructions in the appendix.The service includes: - Cleaning service package in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes - Professional staff that meets the qualification requirements of the personnel - the agreed service and quality control - the service and the start -up of the service -.Between the contact persons) - the subscriber acquires sanitary products and replacement mats. The producer performs the supplements and maintenance.
