Description:
The City of Kemi is asking for tenders for the development of the Kemintulli town plan change and extension. The City of Kemi has decided to launch a change and extension of the zoning plan for the Kemintulli area. The decision of the City Government, where the change in the formula has been initiated on the website: https://kemi.oncloudos.com/cgi/drequest.php?page=Meetingitem&id=2025684-4-4 transformation area has a zoning plan in 2011 (No. 451). The change and extension area has a master plan for the southern regions, which has entered into force in 2008. Publishing planning area and formulas as well as More detailed information on the site can be found in Appendix 1. The tender must meet the requirements set out in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. The acquisition shall be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Consulting KSE 2013. Oriented contract period 1.9.2025-30.4.2027 or until the work is successfully Purchase. Acquisition is below the threshold of Article 25 of the Procurement Act.
